Meet our Staff

The Oklahoma Agribusiness Retailers Association is managed by the Oklahoma Grain and Feed Association. The management team consists of:

Joe Neal Hampton

President and Chief Executive Officer 


Joe is responsible for the Association's daily activities as well as being the Association's lobbyist. He is responsible for monitoring legislation that effects your daily business and keeping you informed of any changes. Joe is also in close contact with state regulatory agencies.

Tammy Ford-Miller

Director of Member Services 


Tammy is responsible for accounts receivable/accounts payable. She can also handle your calls regarding the Oklahoma Ag Expo and any other training sessions sponsored by OGFA. Tammy is responsible for the administration of the Oklahoma Certified Crop Adviser Program.
